We are one of the biggest mould making factory in Egypt . We are specialist in producing blow moulds from 0.1 to 50.0 litres capacity for cosmetics , food oil Mineral water and petroleum oil ?etc . We produce all the moulds for all kinds of cans and bottles from various plastic materials just like PE, PP, PVC and PET .
We import Alumec 89 & Alumec 99 from Alcoa England for producing PET moulds and sometimes in PE moulds .
We import Ramax steel from ASSAB , M303 from Bohler or 2316 from Thyssen for producing PE , PP , PVC moulds .
We have 5 CNC machines from DMG Germany and 3 CNC from YCM Taiwan. We also have two band saw from EVERISING Taiwan ( 500*500 ).
